As of July 10, 2023, MEEC shares can be purchased on both the US OTCQB and Canada’s TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV). For US investors who would like to trade stocks listed on the TSXV:

• Contact your broker and confirm that your broker can trade on the TSXV – most can as the TSXV is a widely recognized trading platform
• If your broker does not offer trading for that stock, then you may consider contacting an online brokerage firm who can handle trades on the TSXV
